Posting an Advertisement on the Employment Center

The Employment Center is an on-line system that allows the unit to post ads for positions to be published on the World Wide Web. All Academic Professional positions must be posted. There are some things you should know before getting started.

It is important that you use as few abbreviations as possible. If you must use an acronym, the first usage should spell it out (i.e. Academic Human Resources (AHR)).

The contact information and application procedures must be identical to the full paper ad approved by your Equal Employment Office (EEO) or Office of Equal Opportunity and Access (OEOA).

You can view the University Nondiscrimination Statement at http://www.uihr.uillinois.edu/panda-cf/eeo/index.cfm?Item_ID=641&rlink=1.
