Question:  What happens to the notice of non-reappointment rights for 95% academic professionals with a 5% faculty appointment? Answer:  To be eligible for notice of non-reappointment, an employee must have one or more academic professional jobs which sum to 100% time.  Faculty or Other Academic jobs more than 0% do not count in this total.
