Question:  What is the minimum salary for academic professional positions? Answer:  For fiscal year 2008, the UIUC campus minimum is $27,325 for employees at 100% employment who work on the 12/12 service basis (which include 24 days of vacation per academic year, and a prorated portion for those who work less than 12 months).   The campus minimum is defined each year (typically in June) during the annual budget process and is communicated via the Budget Guidelines sent out to college and major administrative units..
